FAQ

Straight answers.

If something here isn't clear, it should be. Nothing about this offer needs a sales call.

What does Lead Pro Max actually sell?

One thing: fresh, qualified webform leads delivered live. Everything else — the HighLevel CRM, the AI conversion tools, the setup work — exists to help you convert the leads you bought. They are not separate products and they are not the thing we make money on.

If the software is free, how do you make money?

On leads. That's the whole model. We give you the HighLevel CRM, the setup and the AI tools at $0/month because we want our conversion system running behind the leads we sell — stronger results for you means you buy more leads. We do not want to rent you software.

So what is the $50 for?

It is not a fee and it is not a subscription. The $50 is a usage credit that stays in your account and pays for the calls, texts, email and AI your system actually consumes. If nothing runs, nothing is drawn down. When the balance falls below $10, it tops up by $50 so a live conversation never cuts off mid-call. The credit is yours to use.

Is HighLevel really HighLevel?

Yes. Members receive a real, managed HighLevel CRM environment provided through Lead Pro Max. We do not rebrand HighLevel behind another CRM name — what you get is HighLevel, configured by us.

Why don't I pay the normal HighLevel monthly fee?

Lead Pro Max subsidizes the managed CRM as part of the lead business. We would rather you spend that budget on leads from us and let the system convert them. The CRM, the setup work and the AI tools all carry a $0 monthly software fee.

Do I have to use HighLevel to buy leads?

No. You can buy leads at the regular price without becoming a Lead Pro Max Member. Membership — and the 8% member price — is optional and free.

How do I get the 8% member price?

Activate your Lead Pro Max-managed HighLevel CRM, keep the usage account funded, and let at least one Lead Pro Max conversion workflow work the eligible leads you buy. Lead Pro Max verifies the connection automatically — there is no application.

What does membership cost?

$0/month. Membership exists to get our conversion infrastructure behind the leads you buy, not to create another bill.

Is there a contract?

No. There is no contract, no setup fee, and no monthly software fee. You buy the leads you want, and you pay for the usage you actually consume.

When am I actually charged for leads?

At checkout. You pay the full order total up front at your locked price, and that money funds the campaign that produces your leads. If a lead does not meet the requirements for transfer — no real intent for the service, or bad customer details — it is credited back to you.

How fast can leads start?

At least 3 calendar days after the order, so the campaign can be prepared properly. You pick the lead type and quantity; we deliver exactly that quantity.

What if I don't want more leads?

You only ever receive the quantity you purchased. When the order is fulfilled, delivery stops automatically and nothing else bills. To receive more, place another order — there is no auto-renewal.

Are leads exclusive to me?

No, not unless specifically stated otherwise in writing. A webform lead may go to a maximum of 3 eligible buyers, and most inventory clears with fewer. Distribution is separate from regular versus member pricing.

What happens if my usage credit runs out?

Metered features — calls, texts, email and AI — pause until the balance is topped up. Your CRM, your contacts and your workflows are never removed; losing usage credit never takes the software away.

Can you work leads I already have?

Yes. Import eligible existing opportunities and the member system works them. You pay only the applicable communication and AI usage — no per-lead fee on leads you bring.

Are the AI agents free?

There is no separate monthly AI-agent subscription from Lead Pro Max. The voice agents run on ElevenLabs conversational AI — the premium tier of the market — and you only pay the usage they consume when they run.

Do I need every automation enabled?

No. Use the parts that make sense for your business — one, several, or all of them. Nothing is forced on.
